 The practicalities: 
Place of Work
Home-based
Travel within the UK to attend conferences and team meetings (expenses paid)
Must be UK-based

Hours of Work
30 hours a week (equivalent to 4 days) to be worked flexibly
The company's usual business hours are 8am to 6pm Monday to Friday
Most hours must be undertaken during these office hours but not all
None of the existing team works more than 4 days per week

Salary etc
£40,000 per annum. This is considered a full time role.
5% pension contribution to match your 5% salary sacrifice contribution (optional)
Provision of laptop and mobile phone, or financial contribution towards use of your own.
20 days annual leave plus bank holidays and Christmas closure
2 additional days of matched volunteering leave

 The job: 
Purpose of job
To support charities to maximise their income from trusts and foundations through expert delivery, consultancy, training and advice.

What will you being doing?
3 days per week you will be delivering trust fundraising work to Money Tree Fundraising's clients. This will include case for support development, prospect research, project development and application-writing. This may include auditing a trust fundraising programme, undertaking training for a client or mentoring members of a client team. This work is done collaboratively with each client.

The remainder of the time you will be sharing your trust fundraising expertise. This will be by engaging with our Facebook group using Live Chats, sharing expertise via written or videoed articles, and developing and delivering training for webinars and in-person events.

You will also be an active member of a small team of 4 people as well as part of the wider Money Tree Fundraising community of associate fundraisers.

Timeline

Optional information exploration and conversations - now

Submit your CV and cover letter by 8am BST on 20 September

Interviews will be via Zoom and will be arranged on 27 September

Potential second interview date is 3 October

Final decision on 4 October - sooner if second interviews aren't required

Ideal start date 4 November. This is not a deal breaker - we will wait for the right person.
